Aisling is a Director in the Employment and Data Protection department and is qualified to practise in both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Prior to joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin in 2001, Aisling worked in the Employment department at Matheson in Dublin.

Aisling advises on all aspects of Employment Law and Data Protection, acting mainly for employers and currently acts for a number of multinationals, public sector and third sector bodies and educational establishments.

Aisling is a regular speaker on employment law and data protection and has spoken for organisations such as the Employment Law Association UK and Women in Business. Aisling is a guest lecturer on the Ulster University Masters in Digital Communication course.

Aisling is a qualified Mediator and board member of Family Mediation Northern Ireland. She is a volunteer at the Central Belfast Child Contact Centre and Secretary to the Committee. She is a member and Treasurer of the Employment Lawyers Group Northern Ireland.
