Philippa joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin in October 2022. Prior to this, Philippa worked for a Belfast Law Firm specialising in Employment Law.

Philippa graduated from Ulster University with a degree in Law and a Master of Laws in Access to Justice, which focused on Employment Law. During her Masters, Philippa assisted in the Ulster Law Clinic, providing pro bono legal advice on Employment Law matters to self-litigant Claimants.

Following her studies, Philippa spent time working as a Legal Executive in a Belfast law firm in their employment department before commencing her training contract in the same firm.

Philippa completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Philippa has gained vast experience in Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal cases for both employees and employers, dealing with a diverse range of matters including unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, public interest disclosures, equal pay, holiday pay, discrimination and other claims.

Philippa also advises employers on a wide range of internal processes, from dismissals, grievances and disciplinaries, to drafting contracts of employment and company handbooks.
