Our team specialise in advising telecommunications operators on site acquisitions, disposals and lease renewals. Following the introduction of the Code and the practicalities of implementation, our advisors are involved with serving notices under the Code, issuing proceedings in the Lands Tribunal, advising on all steps involved in proceedings, and providing strategic advice on case specific and general issues arising under the Code.

In addition, we advise on all areas of transactional support, mainly drafting/negotiating Code agreements, commercial contracts, the service of notice under the Code and negotiation of terms for agreements pursuant to this Code.
