Joe’s professional career has been dedicated exclusively to Commercial Real Estate law and he now leads the firm’s Commercial Property department.

He advises on all aspects of commercial property work, including investment deals, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, property development, property finance and portfolio management.

Joe regularly advises on Northern Irish aspects of cross border and international deals.

He is privileged to act for a broad range of clients, both public sector and private and is particularly active in the Retail and Leisure, Energy and Renewables and Telecommunications sectors.
Joe is a committee member of the Northern Ireland Commercial Property Lawyers Group.
