Aaron regularly acts in real estate and construction litigation disputes in the Commercial Court and advises on all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, arbitration and mediation.
Aaron’s commercial litigation background and interest in alternative dispute resolution encouraged him to complete the Certificate in Civil and Commercial Mediation becoming a trained Mediator.
In May 2018 Aaron was awarded the RICS/RSPH Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and is now an accredited Adjudicator.
Aaron’s active presence in ADR has been recognized locally. He has helped to develop the University of Ulster’s Masters programme in International Commercial law and ADR and regularly teaches on same as a guest lecturer.
