Aaron is head of the Contentious Construction team and is a Director and Adjudicator in the Construction and Dispute Resolution department with experience in providing advice to a range of clients including blue chip corporates, national retailers, local Councils, educational institutions, national and international construction companies and financial institutions.

Aaron regularly acts in real estate and construction litigation disputes in the Commercial Court and advises on all forms of dispute resolution including adjudication, arbitration and mediation.

Aaron’s commercial litigation background and interest in alternative dispute resolution encouraged him to complete the Certificate in Civil and Commercial Mediation becoming a trained Mediator.

In May 2018 Aaron was awarded the RICS/RSPH Diploma in Adjudication in the Construction Industry and is now an accredited Adjudicator.

Aaron’s active presence in ADR has been recognised locally. He has helped to develop the University of Ulster’s Masters programme in International Commercial law and ADR and regularly teaches on same as a guest lecturer.
