Michael joined the Commercial Real Estate department as an Associate Director in 2021. Michael specialises in all areas of commercial real estate, having a particular interest in retail, energy and renewables and portfolio management.

Michael completed his Law Degree at Queen’s University, Belfast before attaining his Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Michael also continues to practice in England and Wales, having worked in Newcastle upon Tyne for 9 years before joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin.

Michael is retained by a number of national retailers, a wide range of public bodies and a significant number of landowners. It is a testament to Michael’s skillset that he regularly receives instructions from firms both inside and outside of the jurisdictions where he practices.

Michael has written about and spoken publically about various aspects of real estate and green energy.
