Stuart is a Director in Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Corporate & Commercial team, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, finance & banking and commercial contracts.

Having studied Law at Queen’s University Belfast, obtaining both a Bachelor and Master of Law degrees, and the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice, Stuart is qualified to practice law in England & Wales and Northern Ireland. Stuart has previously worked for a government agency in New York, private-practice firms in London and Belfast, and in-house at a large bank.

Stuart advises clients from a range of sectors, including manufacturing, finance & banking, energy & renewables, technology, property, retail, and media. Stuart works to really understand his clients’ commercial needs in order to deliver practical, efficient and straightforward advice.

Stuart is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the Law Society of England & Wales.
