Stuart Nevin is an Associate Director in the Dispute Resolution department.  He specialises in real estate disputes, corporate disputes and inheritance disputes and is experienced in handling some of the most complex, high profile cases in Northern Ireland.

Stuart has advised clients across a number of industries, including property developers, leading financial institutions, public bodies, energy companies and high net worth individuals both locally and internationally.

Stuart is the current Chair of the Property Litigation Association, NI Branch and publishes widely on property disputes matters.

Stuart is qualified to practice in Northern Ireland and England & Wales and an active member of the Property Litigation Association and Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
