Jack is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. He joined the team in 2020 and completed his training contract in 2022.

Jack specialises in providing commercial litigation advices to various private, commercial and public sector clients. Jack has experience of drafting Court proceedings, advising on discovery and the litigation process generally.

Jack’s experience includes composing pre-legal action solicitor letters for unsecured debt recovery, including Letters Before Action and overseeing the proceedings in relation to unsecured debt recovery at county court level through to judgment.   This includes providing initial advices to clients, negotiating to help reach settlement agreements and drafting of such agreements. Jack has particular expertise in debt recovery and ejectment matters.
