Nathan joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin in September 2014. Prior to this, Nathan studied Law at Durham University and spent time working as a paralegal in Belfast and Qatar. Nathan advises clients on a wide range of employment, corporate, charity and immigration law issues.

Nathan provides advice to claimants and employers in Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal cases as well as in all aspects of equality and discrimination law, restraint of trade, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy, severance packages, social media issues and TUPE. Nathan has a range of private and public sector clients and has particular expertise in advising on data protection issues. Since the implementation of GDPR he has assisted a number of clients in compliance issues.

Nathan has also advised a number of clients on immigration issues including applying for sponsor licenses, visas under the Tier 2 system and European law based applications.

Nathan advises a number of private and third sector clients on corporate governance issues and non contentious contractual work.
