Jonathan was appointed Managing Director on 2 May 2017. Since his appointment, he has primarily focused upon driving the company forward with significant investment in IT, Business Development and the expansion of both our professional team and the range of our legal services. As a result, our services have become more streamlined and client focused, with innovative legal solutions being tailored to address our clients’ complex commercial issues and business requirements.

Jonathan also has nearly twenty years experience of Commercial Litigation and Real Estate Litigation in the High Court of Northern Ireland. He regularly acts for a wide range of clients including local and multi national companies, SME’s, family businesses, property developers, financial institutions, local government agencies and high profile charities.

Jonathan is a keen proponent of ADR and has successfully completed the Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mediation training provided by the Law Society of Northern Ireland.

Jonathan is also a Committee Member of the British Irish Commercial Bar Association (BICBA).
