Suzanne is a Director in the Employment team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, with significant experience in representing clients in all aspects of employment law.

Suzanne specialises on the full scope of employment law matters, and has successfully represented a number of professional individuals in employment and shareholder disputes throughout her career. Whilst possessing an expert level of legal knowledge, Suzanne also has a personal and practical approach to her clients’ legal problems, maintaining a commercially astute approach to advising clients on employment law matters.

Suzanne arranges and facilitates training programmes for businesses on key employment and HR matters.  She is also a keen advocate and regularly represents clients at the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal of Northern Ireland. Furthermore, she successfully completed the Advanced Advocacy course with the Law Society of Northern Ireland to enhance her advocacy skills.

Suzanne has provided media commentary on topical employment matters for the BBC and was recognised by the UK-Wide First 100 Years Project, which celebrates female trailblazers in law, as a Finalist in their Inspirational Women in Law Competition.

Suzanne studied Law and Economics at the University of Ulster and qualified as a Solicitor in 2011. She is a member of the Law Society of Northern Ireland and the Law Society of Ireland. Suzanne joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin as a Director in the Employment team in November 2021.
