Alan is a Director in the Commercial Real Estate department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin with a wealth of expertise in all aspects of commercial law.

Alan advises clients (both NI and GB based) on all aspects of Commercial Real Estate law including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, related planning and construction issues and property joint ventures. Alan also advises on non-contentious construction issues arising out of the property development process.

Alan has been practicing law for over 25 years and is an articulate and approachable solicitor who has a creative attitude when it comes to solving client issues.
