Caitlin joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Planning & Environment team as a Solicitor in January 2024.

Caitlin completed her undergraduate degree in Law at Queen’s University, Belfast before completing her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.

Before joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Caitlin worked for a general practice firm where she gained experience in family, matrimonial, criminal, civil litigation, and wills. Caitlin completed her training contract and qualified as a Solicitor in October 2023. Prior to this, Caitlin worked as a paralegal for a general practice firm.

Caitlin specialises in the areas of planning and environmental law, providing advice to both private and public sector clients in a wide range of regulatory and enforcement matters. Caitlin is also a member of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association.
