Neil joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Banking & Finance team in January 2023, after spending almost 12 years working in a large financial institution, covering Northern and Republic of Ireland.

Most recently, Neil has spent 4 years honing his risk skills working in Internal Audit.

Neil has acquired significant banking experience, which includes Debt Management, Financial Ombudsman Investigations, Contentious Mortgage Repossessions and Personal, Business and Corporate Banking Customer Reviews and Management.

Neil is currently studying Law at Ulster University on a part-time basis, and has ambitions to practice in the future.

Neil has been recognised for his work and contribution to the Surrogacy Industry, and received numerous endorsements through the National Surrogacy Awards.
