Stephen is head of the firm’s Banking and Finance department, and is recognised as a leading advisor in Northern Ireland’s financial and energy sectors.

Stephen has built his experience in advising on many of Northern Ireland’s most significant infrastructure projects, including renewables, tourism, IT and agri-business.

Stephen acts for a wide range of banks and financial institutions, investors and government bodies, he also has an extensive knowledge of the Northern Irish regulatory framework, particularly in relation to the financial, energy and utilities sectors.

Stephen is qualified to practice in England and Wales as well as Northern Ireland and he works closely with international legal advisors to deliver cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects.
