Cleaver Fulton Rankin is pleased to launch an innovative new Digital Skills Programme, which invests in the training and development of its team.

The Digital Skills Programme is designed to provide opportunities to upskill the team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, covering key business skills such as IT, legal technology, marketing and business development. The programme offers courses at various levels, including beginner, intermediate and advanced, providing tailored opportunities for each individual to learn and progress the skills relevant to their role.

Learning and development is a key priority to the Firm. To enhance our training programme, in particular our digital skills capabilities, a Digital Skills Committee was formed in early 2022. The Committee includes members across all sectors of the business, Kerry McCloy, Innovation and Legal Technology Director; Kerri Bradley, HR Director; Alan McAlister, CPD Director; Paul Rickerby, Head of IT; Jenny Robinson, Head of Marketing and Tenders; and Joanne Graham, Legal Secretary.

The Digital Skills Programme is designed to be interactive, with live and recorded sessions delivered by our internal experts. We have also introduced an online training system which offers our team a flexible learning pathway. This consists of learning modules, courses and certifications, which will allow our team to continue to build their skills.

Kerry McCloy, Director, added: “The programme was developed to align with our firm-wide innovation strategy which includes a commitment to developing the skills of our staff and streamlining our internal processes, creating time and cost efficiencies. The programme will also enable us to provide a greater choice of legal solutions for our clients. The investment in this programme further enhances the culture of innovation and collaboration amongst all of our staff at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.”

Kerri Bradley, HR Director said: “We are delighted, after all the hard work on this initiative, to launch the Digital Skills Programme. The training and development of our team at Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been the centre focus of our People Strategy, providing key opportunities to support individual career progression. This is a valuable opportunity to invest in our team, contributing to a supportive environment which encourages knowledge sharing and continued learning at all levels. As an interactive programme, delivered both online and in-person, our team will be able to engage and become actively involved in their own learning, and how this is shaped. This will provide key opportunities to engage our team as we continue to enhance our training and development programme.”

“In line with our people strategy, we are excited to roll out this innovative programme in 2023, which will continue to enrich the employee experience at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.”
