Shortlist For Women In Business | Cleaver Fulton Rankin

Following the announcement of the Women in Business NI Awards 2022 shortlist, two Directors at Cleaver Fulton Rankin have been announced as finalists in ‘Best in Professional Services’ and ‘Outstanding Innovation’ in corporate categories.

Kerry McCloy, Innovation and Legal Technology Director, has been shortlisted for the ‘Outstanding Innovation’ Award, which recognises an individual that has used entrepreneurial flair and innovation to positively transform their business. This shortlist follows the launch of the Legal Technology Group at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, which was led by Kerry. Since joining the firm last year, Kerry has led the development of a new, technology-assisted approach to the firm, which includes streamlining and automating internal processes to enhance client service delivery across our range of practice areas as well as establishing the firm’s eDiscovery offering.

Kerri Bradley, HR Director, has been shortlisted for the ‘Best in Professional Services’ Award, which recognises an individual who goes above and beyond to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers, delivering the highest quality of service responsiveness and innovation within a professional practice. Kerri has been instrumental in driving forward the firm’s people initiatives and positive change, and most recently was recognised for her commitment and investment in our people management strategies, winning the ‘Excellence in People Management Practice in SMEs’ Award at the CIPD HR Awards.
