Ross Gallagher has been appointed as a Solicitor in the Banking and Finance department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
Ross graduated from Queen’s University Belfast with a degree in Common and Civil Law with Hispanic Studies. He then gained his Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
As part of the Banking & Finance team, Ross acts for banks, financial bodies and borrowers. He advises on a range of matters including property finance, corporate finance and asset based lending.
Ross was recently named as a finalist for LawNet’s ‘Early Career Lawyer of the Year’ award 2025.
With an interest in human rights, Ross was recently elected to sit on the European Young Bar Association’s Council of Europe delegation, representing the voice of young legal professionals across Europe at Strasbourg.
