Rebecca O’Flaherty has been appointed as an Associate Director in the Banking & Finance department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
Rebecca studied Law with Government at the University of Ulster, prior to completing a Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Rebecca has over 15 years’ experience advising a wide range of clients, including banks and financial institutions as well as borrowers, across various industry sectors on corporate transactions.
Rebecca has advised on both national and multi-jurisdictional levels, and specialises in corporate lending and borrowing, real estate finance, loan portfolio sales and acquisition finance.
