Peter Lockhart has been appointed as a Solicitor in the Planning & Environment department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
Peter studied Politics at Glasgow University before training as a maths teacher in South Tyneside.
He subsequently changed career in 2021, completing the MLaw course at Queen’s University, Belfast, before joining Cleaver Fulton Rankin as a trainee and obtaining his Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Peter specialises in the areas of planning and environmental law, providing advice to both private and public sector clients in a wide range of regulatory and enforcement matters.
