Orla Kelly has been appointed as an Associate Director in the Planning & Environment department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
Orla studied Law at Queen’s University Belfast before completing a Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. She has over 10 years’ experience advising on planning and environmental law matters.
Orla regularly advises clients in relation to the co-ordination of major planning inquiries and appeals to the Planning Appeals Commission, represents clients in planning & environmental enforcement cases and the instigation and defence of judicial reviews.
She works with both public and private sector clients across a wide range of planning and environmental law issues.
