Orla specialises in planning and environmental law, advising both public and private sector clients across a wide range of matters. She provides guidance on planning processes, appeals and enforcement, with a focus on effectively supporting clients through complex regulatory issues.

Orla has over 10 years’ experience advising on planning and environmental law matters.
She regularly advises on the co-ordination of major planning inquiries and appeals to the Planning Appeals Commission, and represents clients in planning and environmental enforcement cases, as well as in the instigation and defence of judicial reviews.
