Upon Qualification, Oliver Hamilton joined the Dispute Resolution department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin in September 2025.
Oliver graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB with First Class Honours) from Queen’s University Belfast, followed by a Master’s degree in Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law (LLM with Distinction) from Trinity College Dublin.
In 2023, He joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin as a trainee solicitor and completed his Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
As part of the Dispute Resolution team, Oliver advises on a broad range of matters of commercial litigation, including, contentious trusts and probate disputes, commercial property litigation, debt recovery, data protection disputes, defamation and intellectual property law.
