Kathryn has extensive experience across a wide range of sectors including life sciences, energy and agri-food, however she has a specific focus on manufacturing and tech.
As a member of the manufacturing team Kathryn advises clients on a variety of sector specific issues including M&A and disposals, joint ventures, brand and product protection, supply and distribution chains and commercial contracts.
Kathryn also has a particular interest in the tech sector and she advises emerging companies, business angels, and institutional investors on a spectrum of corporate matters including equity investment, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and exit events.
Kathryn is Treasurer of the Company Commercial Lawyers Group Northern Ireland and was shortlisted as LawNet Young Lawyer of the Year in 2019.
