Hilary has extensive experience in all types of corporate finance, transactional and commercial work. This includes mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investment, corporate governance, reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures and collaborations and commercial contracts. She also has unique experience in Northern Ireland of the higher education and life sciences sectors having spent 12 months leading the technology transfer team at Queens University, Belfast specialising in the development and commercialisation of Intellectual Property.
Their clients include a range of clients specifically in the agri business, manufacturing and life sciences sector such as Lakeland Dairies, Ulster Carpet Milk and Millicent Pharma (NI).
Hilary has also worked as course adviser and tutor at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies in Belfast in the area of advanced company law. She currently sits on the counsel for the Northern Ireland Chamber of Commerce.
