David has experience advising on various forms of construction and engineering contracts including JCT, FIDIC, NEC and RIAI. He has provided clients with strategic advice on delay and disruption claims arising out of construction contracts.
He also holds a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
