David Heatley has been appointed as an Associate in the Dispute Resolution department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin.
David obtained his undergraduate degree in Law with Politics from Queen’s University Belfast and holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Albright College in Reading, Pennsylvania. He later completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies.
Following qualification, David moved to Dublin, where he practised as a commercial litigation solicitor, specialising in both contentious construction matters and transactional, non‑contentious construction work. He also holds a Diploma in Construction Law from the Law Society of Ireland.
David is admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and England and Wales.
