Clodagh is a Senior Solicitor in the Private Client Department at Cleaver Fulton Rankin. Clodagh joined the team in May 2025 and specialises in Residential Conveyancing.
Clodagh studied Law at Queen’s University, Belfast, before completing a Postgraduate Diploma at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. Following her studies, she worked as a general solicitor in a local general practice for over 3 years but her main focus was Conveyancing.
Upon moving to Melbourne, Clodagh assisted an Insurance Recoveries team with Motor Car Accidents in the Central Business District, where she worked for a year.
Clodagh moved back to Belfast in 2024 and has been specialising in Conveyancing ever since. She has experience in all aspects within Residential conveyancing.
Clodagh is also a member of the Northern Ireland Young Solicitors Association
