Rachel is an Associate Solicitor in the Private Client department, specialising in all aspects of private client matters.

Rachel specialises in the drafting and administration of wills and estates as well as advising clients in relation to estate planning measures and nursing care concerns.  Rachel also deals with matters relating to capacity, such as Enduring Powers of Attorney and Controllerships.

In addition, Rachel has substantial experience in residential conveyancing matters and regularly acts on behalf of clients in property purchases, sales and re-mortgages.

Rachel completed her Law Degree at The University of Liverpool and qualified as a Solicitor in Northern Ireland in 2017 following completion of her Postgraduate Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at the Institute of Professional Legal Studies. In recognition of her performance at the Institute, Rachel was awarded the prestigious McIvor Farrell Prize for Negotiation and The Elliott Duffy Garrett award for Tribunals.
