With years of experience working across various sectors in human resources, and experience as a Director, Consultant, Senior Manager and Trainer, Kerri has worked tirelessly to achieve people management excellence, and is incredibly deserving of the Chartered Fellow recognition.
In her role as HR Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Kerri has implemented a successful five-year strategic People Plan, integrating initiatives such as training & development, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion programmes. These initiatives have led to various recognitions and accolades, demonstrating an important and positive impact at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, including achieving the Bronze Diversity Charter Mark and Investors in People (IIP) Accreditation, surpassing the IIP legal benchmark scores.
Kerri leads various committees at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, including the Diversity & Inclusion Committee, Employee Engagement Group and Digital Skills Committee, which launched a new Digital Skills Programme in February 2023, investing in the training and development of the team.
Kerri has been recognised within the industry for her excellence in HR leadership and innovation. She has received various recognitions in recent award categories, including being awarded Excellence in People Management Practice in SMEs at the CIPD NI HR Awards in 2021 and the Top 40 under 40 Business First People’s choice accolade in 2019, with over 10,000 votes cast. She has been recognised for her contribution to the firm as a finalist in award categories for Excellence in the Development of Health and Wellbeing at the Belfast Telegraph Business Awards 2023; Wellbeing at Work at the Business in the Community NI Responsible Business Awards 2022; and Best in Professional Services at the Women in Business NI Awards 2022.
