Kerri Bradley One Of NI’S Top 40

Kerri Bradley, HR Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, has been recognised in the Business First Top 40 under 40 List 2019 in Northern Ireland.

Every year, the 40 Under 40 List recognises exceptional business professionals throughout Northern Ireland who display innovation and creativity across their business/career achievements, professional recognitions and business success, and those who also contribute positively to their local community.

Kerri joined Cleaver Fulton Rankin in 2018 as an HR Director, adding her expert knowledge to then firm in people development and in the commercial impact of Human Resources. Throughout her time at Cleaver Fulton Rankin, Kerri has been instrumental in shaping the development, delivery and continuous improvement of the firm and its people.

In particular, Kerri’s work ethic, passion and determination has enabled her to become one of the first HR Directors within a leading law firm in Northern Ireland, at the age of 32 years old.

Kerri has experience as a consultant, trainer, senior manager and Director, working for some of Northern Ireland’s most dynamic organisations. Kerri has really excelled in her career to date, and is supported by her educational background. She holds Chartered membership of the CIPD; a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with honours; a PgD in Human Resource Management (CIPD level 7); and awards in Leadership, Management, Education and Training.

In addition to Kerri’s professional achievements, she also contributes regularly to her local community. Kerri is currently a Non-Executive Director for Extra Care for Elderly People, a not-for-profit Organisation, and also volunteers with Young Enterprise NI.

Kerri Bradley has added, “I am delighted to be named in the Top 40 Under 40 list alongside leading business professionals across Northern Ireland. I am looking forward to attending the networking lunch to celebrate the success and achievements of those recognised.”

Business First are also running the People’s Choice Award, where three people from the Top 40 Under 40 List, who receive the most votes from their peers, will be recognised at the Top 40 Under 40 Networking Lunch on Friday 7 June 2019.
