Director, Lisa Boyd appointed to the Executive Committee of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association

Director, Lisa Boyd has been appointed to the Executive Committee of the Procurement Lawyers’ Association (PLA).

The PLA consists of procurement law experts in the UK and beyond, to represent, promote and strengthen procurement law expertise. The PLA holds regular events and training, and issues papers on procurement law, allowing members to remain up to date and allowing for in-depth discussions and debates about key issues in procurement law. The Chairperson and Executive Committee members are elected at the Annual General Meetings of the PLA.

Lisa Boyd, a Director at Cleaver Fulton Rankin and head of the Procurement team, was co-opted into the role. Lisa advises on both contentious and non-contentious procurement law matters, advising both public and private sector bodies. Due to Lisa’s expertise, she delivers regular training to clients and industry associations, and contributes regularly to local press and publications.

Lisa added, “As a member of the PLA for a number of years, I have been able to access useful insights and updates in procurement law. I am delighted to be joining the Executive Committee and I look forward to adding my expertise and experience in procurement law from Northern Ireland.”
