The CIPD HR Awards are one of the most prestigious and well regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland and the UK. The awards celebrate the contribution of HR and People Management in business, identifying organisations who are championing and gaining results from HR best practice, positive workplace initiatives and organisational development.

The firm has been shortlisted in the category of Best Talent Management, which recognises essential management practice covering a multitude of areas. The Best Talent Management award recognises innovative talent management and the delivery of development opportunities that have an impact on and strengthen the organisation.
