Cleaver Fulton Rankin recognised for People Management Excellence at the CIPD HR Awards

Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been announced as the winner of ‘Excellence in People Management Practice in SMEs’ at the CIPD Northern Ireland HR Awards, which is recognised as the most prestigious and highly regarded awards for the HR profession in Northern Ireland.

The CIPD NI HR Awards celebrate the best in HR and people management, and recognises those that have introduced business transformation or change that has led to a positive outcome, and how HR was central to this.

The ‘Excellence in People Management Practice in SMEs’ category recognised those who are forging ahead in terms of growth, and are achieving good management results. This category also acknowledged the use of innovation and creativity, the ability to be agile and how people management is truly embedded within the organisation and culture, driving positive change, and improving business performance, and both customer and employee experiences.
