One of the most experienced corporate lawyers in Northern Ireland, Paul is a former Partner and Head of Office at an international law firm in Belfast. With over 25 years’ experience, Paul specialises in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, management buy-outs, private equity, venture capital investments and project finance. In addition, he has significant industry sector expertise in energy and renewables, manufacturing and technology.

Paul is recognised in Chambers and The Legal 500 UK Legal Directories, in particular, for his Corporate and M&A expertise.
