Cleaver Fulton Rankin Named Finalist in Three Categories at 2026 Women in Business NI Awards

Cleaver Fulton Rankin is delighted to announce that the firm and two team members have been named finalists across three categories at the 2026 Women in Business NI Awards, recognising excellence, talent and leadership within Northern Ireland’s business community.

Advancing Diversity in the Workplace Award

Cleaver Fulton Rankin has been named a finalist in the Advancing Diversity in the Workplace Award, recognising organisations that demonstrate leadership and measurable impact in promoting equality, representation, and inclusion.

Our shortlisting highlights the significant work of our Diversity & Inclusion Committee, whose continued leadership is driving meaningful cultural development and embedding inclusive practices across the firm.

Professional Services Excellence Award

Sinead Stewart, Director in the firm’s Banking & Finance Department, has been named a finalist in the Professional Services Excellence Award category. This accolade recognises individuals who exceed expectations within professional services, demonstrating innovation, measurable success, and exceptional levels of client service. Sinead’s shortlisting reflects her unwavering professionalism, leadership, and the strong impact she continues to make within her practice area.

Apprentice of the Year

Sarah Lyle, Trainee Solicitor, has also been shortlisted for Apprentice of the Year. This award celebrates outstanding apprentices who show dedication, resilience, and significant personal and professional growth. Sarah’s achievement showcases her exceptional work ethic, commitment to developing her legal skills as well as the strength of Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s training environment.

Together, these three finalist nominations highlight the exceptional contribution of our people, in shaping a more inclusive, client‑focused and high‑performing business.

Awards Ceremony

Winners across all categories will be announced at the Women in Business Awards Ceremony on Thursday 12 March 2026, taking place at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Belfast.
