Conveyancing / Private Client Solicitor
Job Description
Cleaver Fulton Rankin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms, is seeking a Conveyancing Solicitor to join our Private Client team.
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with 2+ years of experience in conveyancing.
- Must hold an NI Practising Certificate at date of commencement of employment
- Proficient knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Desirable:
- Wider Private Client experience including will drafting and estate administration
Responsibilities will include: –
- General conveyancing including:
- Residential and commercial property transactions;
- Property searches and due diligence;
- Mortgage & financing advice;
- Stamp duty land tax returns
- Land registry and completion.
- Caseload management:
- Management of own caseload (from inception to completion) ensuring full compliance with SLAs and regularity requirements in line with targets.
- Business Development:
- Developing and maintaining client relationships to drive business growth opportunities
- Participation in business development activities, representing and promoting the brand.
- Team collaboration:
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client service.
- An opportunity to get involved in a range of Private Client Services
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Hours:
