Cleaver Fulton Rankin are recruiting for Solicitor to join our Private Client team. The successful candidate will support the team in delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families, particularly in matters relating to wills, probate, estate administration and trusts. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a strong technical background and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on a broad range of private client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of attorney and Office of Care and Protection matters
- Trusts and tax planning
- Draft and review legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage own caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service. • Liaise with a range of third party providers including financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals as needed.
- Keep up to date with changes in legislation and best practice.
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland or England & Wales (2+ years PQE preferred).
- Experience in handling a broad caseload of private client matters particularly wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning.
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player and ability to work independently and manage own caseload effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in case management systems and Microsoft Office.
