Office Administrator
Job Description
Cleaver Fulton Rankin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms, is seeking an Office Administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing client files, ensuring all information is accurately maintained and easily accessible.
- Communicating with clients, offering assistance with queries in a sensitive and professional manner.
- Assisting with case preparation, including gathering documents, preparing bundles, and coordinating with courts.
- Print, photocopy and scan relevant documents for different practice departments.
- Maintenance of up-to-date records of case files and legal documents and matter administration
- General administration duties as and when required
Requirements:
- Candidates to have demonstrable experience in an administrative role
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to building effective and trusting relationships with people internally and external to the firm.
- Previous experience of working in a legal or professional services environment would be advantageous.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience.
Hours:
To be agreed at interview stage. We welcome full time and part time applications.
