Marketing Executive

Cleaver Fulton Rankin, a leading commercial law firm in Northern Ireland, is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Belfast. The Marketing Executive will work closely with the Marketing Manager and key stakeholders within the company to deliver marketing and business development initiatives and assist in driving the company towards meeting its marketing objectives.

The role will involve a variety of marketing and business development activities, including but not limited to:

The Role:

• Supporting the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing and business development plans in line with business objectives
• Supporting the company, departments & practice groups, and individual lawyers’ business development initiatives and events
• Promoting the effective use of the company’s CRM system and delivering email marketing campaigns
• Assisting with the collation of marketing and business development literature, including directories, award entries and proposals
• Coordinating and updating website content, including assisting with website development
• Developing the company’s social media channels and digital content
• Supporting and delivering marketing campaigns (both online and offline), including development of creative content in line with company branding
• Preparing marketing reports to measure success of key initiatives
• Building and maintaining relationships with external PR and digital agencies
• Developing market position, thought leadership material and PR
• Assisting with the firm’s Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives
• Managing and contributing to wider marketing projects as required
• Providing additional support for ad-hoc admin tasks as required

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in marketing or a related field
• IT literate
• Knowledge of the local legal market is desirable
• Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, analytics and SEM
• Understanding of social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube and Facebook etc.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of a team
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude
• Attention to detail
• Creative and imaginative
