Employment Paralegal

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic paralegal to join our growing Employment Law Department.

This is a full time and permanent position.

Skills and Experience:

All candidates should have high academic credentials, entrepreneurial vision, commercial aptitude, marketing and practice developments skills, strong team ethic and a desire to learn.

Essential

• Previous paralegal work or similar experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a fast paced, multi-tasking role and collaboratively as part of a team
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills

Desirable

• Law (LLB) Degree
• CIPD Qualified
• Experience in employment law
• Experience in HR best practice

Successful candidates will be joining one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms and will work on a day to day basis as part of an enthusiastic team. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the level of experience and responsibility involved.
