Corporate Associate

Cleaver Fulton Rankin, one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms, is seeking to recruit a corporate Associate. Successful candidates will work on a day to day basis as part of an enthusiastic and growing team. The Corporate group handles a full range of corporate/commercial work and the successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the areas of Corporate law,  Mergers & Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts, Venture Capital and JVs.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:

• a qualified solicitor with at least 5 years PQE
• a track record in providing corporate/commercial advice to the highest standard;
• the entrepreneurial vision and commercial aptitude to grow and develop a corporate team;
• a strong team ethic.

Salary:

• The competitive remuneration package of salary, bonus and benefits will be commensurate with the level of experience and responsibility involved.
