Commercial Property Lawyer

Introduction

We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Property lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on commercial property.

Successful candidates will be joining one of Northern Ireland’s leading law firms and will work on a day to day basis as part of an enthusiastic team. This role is ideal for someone who is seeking responsibility in a fast paced environment.

There is an attractive remuneration package available, that will be commensurate with the level of experience and responsibility involved.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your role will be to assist the team to grow and expand its client base and instructions, building on existing relationships and bringing specific skills and expertise.

• This role will entail a broad range of transactional real estate work
• Building client relationships – provide excellent client service and prompt responses and progress updates to the client
• Support the firm and others – build effective relationships with individuals and groups in and across offices; uphold the firm’s values; and assist with the preparation of legal precedents, legal articles and business development
• Comply with risk requirements, firm policies and all relevant professional responsibilities and legislation.

Skills and Experience

Candidates should be able to develop and maintain client and business relationships; excellent communication skills; capable of managing a significant caseload; demonstrate genuine technical experience and high academic credentials; entrepreneurial vision; commercial aptitude; practice developments skills; a strong team ethic; and a desire to learn.

Criteria

Essential

Practising Solicitor in Northern Ireland

6 Years + PQE

Desirable

Practising certificates in England and Wales and/or ROI is desirable.
