In early January last year, Cleaver Fulton Rankin were delighted to announce that Director Aaron Moore had been formally appointed to the prestigious President’s Panel of Construction Adjudicators by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Since then Aaron has received multiple appointments and had delivered multiple decisions in high value and complex construction disputes.
Adjudication is now widely recognised as a fast, effective, and trusted method for resolving disputes within the construction industry. Panel members are required to demonstrate deep expertise in both dispute resolution and construction law, alongside a proven track record of industry experience.
Aaron’s appointment and continued inclusion on the Panel marks the culmination of a rigorous selection process, including advanced training, written assessments, and interviews conducted by leading adjudication practitioners and counsel. It also reflects his ongoing commitment to professional development and his extensive experience in delivering expert legal advice.
As Head of the Contentious Construction team and a Director in Cleaver Fulton Rankin’s Construction and Dispute Resolution department, Aaron brings nearly two decades of post-qualified experience in handling complex construction disputes. His continued inclusion on this elite panel is a testament to his leadership, expertise, and dedication to excellence in the field.
